Ashley Yakel is the Executive and Staff Operations Manager at J Strategies. She is responsible for supporting clients in developing goal-oriented social media strategies, crafting impactful content, and managing engagement across platforms. Additionally, Ashley supports the President and manages the firm's administrative functions, including human resource responsibilities, coordinating and overseeing operations, and providing overall support to meet team goals.

Before joining J Strategies in 2021, Ashley was the Executive Assistant to the Dean and Director of Education, an educator at Paul Mitchell the School in Schenectady, New York, and an educator at the school’s campuses in Orlando and Tampa, Florida. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Albany in Journalism.
