Ian has almost a decade of experience in public affairs and government relations, with an extensive background in alliance development, coalition management, policy, and lobbying the New Jersey legislature. A Rutgers Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy graduate, Ian provides a comprehensive understanding of New Jersey’s political, governmental, and media landscapes.

Before joining J Strategies, Ian served as the Director of Policy and Development at the New Jersey Primary Care Association. Before that, he was a Government Relations Director at the American Heart Association, a Policy Advisor in the New Jersey State Senate, and began his career under the late U.S. Senator Frank R. Lautenberg.
